📋 Description

• As a Data Analyst on Crusoe Energy Systems LLC’s central Data Science and Engineering team, you will support the Data Center Infrastructure Group (DIG) by owning reporting, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering timely insights to drive high-stakes operational decisions in a mission-driven AI infrastructure company.
• Day to day, you will build and maintain weekly and monthly reports and dashboards for DIG leadership, partner with stakeholders across construction, real estate, energy, and procurement to translate business needs into analytical deliverables, track complex multi-year infrastructure projects including cost burn-down and timelines, proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, and communicate findings through executive-ready narratives to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 Years of Analytics Experience in an enterprise, infrastructure, or operationally complex environment
• Strong SQL Skills with daily use of BigQuery and comfort querying large, complex datasets across multiple source systems
• Reporting & Dashboard Expertise with hands-on experience building and maintaining operational dashboards, preferably using Sigma, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
• Executive Communication skills to present data and insights clearly to senior and executive audiences in written, verbal, and visual formats
• Stakeholder Management experience working directly with business partners to gather requirements and deliver data products, with credibility across technical and non-technical teams
• Business Acumen to understand the 'why' behind data work, ask clarifying questions, and explain analytical outputs to non-technical stakeholders
