- • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions to support business decision-making across insurance operations.
- • Ensure data quality through implementation and adherence to data governance processes and regular monitoring protocols.
- • Optimize APIM (API Management) systems to enhance data interaction and integration across platforms and departments.
- • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports for the full portfolio and individual business divisions to enable data-driven insights.
- • Utilize SQL as the primary tool for querying, transforming, and analyzing structured data from multiple internal sources.
- • Collaborate with underwriting teams to translate business needs into analytical requirements and deliver actionable reports.
- • Monitor data integrity and performance of analytics systems to identify and resolve inconsistencies or bottlenecks.
- • Support reporting needs for underwriting risk assessment, pricing models, and portfolio performance tracking within the insurance domain.
- • Work within a regulated insurance environment requiring strict compliance with data handling and reporting standards.
- • Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and summarized insights.
- • Maintain documentation for data sources, pipeline logic, dashboard configurations, and reporting standards.
- • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data infrastructure, reporting efficiency, and analytical accuracy.
- • Work during the 1st shift (United States of America) to align with internal team schedules and business hours.
- • Ensure all data products comply with organizational policies and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL as the primary skillset
- • Mandatory experience in the underwriting or insurance industry
- • Preferred: Experience with Databricks
