� Description

• • Own the data story behind Hostinger’s AI revolution. You will sit at the intersection of data science, product, and customer experience, translating billions of user interactions into insights that directly shape our AI assistant Kodee and the next-generation Horizons platform.
• • Dive deep into petabyte-scale datasets to uncover user intentions, friction points, and emerging behaviors across 150 countries. Your analyses will feed directly into model-training pipelines, feature prioritization, and strategic roadmaps.
• • Design, launch, and interpret rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments that validate new AI-driven features. You will define success metrics, calculate required sample sizes, and present statistically significant findings to stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
• • Continuously monitor the performance of our LLM-powered chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive models. Build automated dashboards and anomaly-detection alerts that flag drift, bias, or degradation before customers feel the impact.
• • Partner daily with ML engineers, product managers, and UX researchers to translate business questions into analytical hypotheses. You will scope projects, write clean SQL and Python code, and package results into compelling narratives that drive fast, data-backed decisions.
• • Evangelize a culture of experimentation across Hostinger. Run internal workshops, create reusable Jupyter templates, and mentor junior analysts on best practices in causal inference, feature engineering, and data storytelling.
• • Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest AI and LLM trends—few-shot learning, retrieval-augmented generation, reinforcement learning from human feedback—and pilot their practical applications inside our stack.
• • Contribute to the long-term data strategy: propose new telemetry, refine taxonomy, and champion data governance standards that keep our lakehouse scalable, compliant, and privacy-first.
• • Influence the customer experience of over 4 million users. Every insight you surface can reduce onboarding time, boost conversion rates, or unlock entirely new product lines, giving you measurable, real-world impact at global scale.
