- • As an Oracle Fusion HCM Delivery Manager at New Era Technology, you will be instrumental in leading and executing complex Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across the European region, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion. This pivotal role demands a blend of deep technical acumen in Oracle Fusion HCM, robust project management capabilities, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and a strategic understanding of business objectives to drive transformative HR solutions.
- • You will spearhead the entire project lifecycle, taking ownership of meticulous project planning, efficient execution, stringent governance, and the ultimate successful delivery of projects within defined scope, timelines, and budgets. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding teams through the intricacies of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
- • A core aspect of this role involves driving the configuration and customization of various Oracle Fusion HCM modules. You will ensure that the solutions implemented are not only technically sound but also optimally configured to meet specific business requirements, adhering to the highest standards of quality assurance and compliance.
- • Your functional and technical expertise will be called upon across a comprehensive suite of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Talent Management (Performance, Goals, Succession, Learning), Workforce Management (Absence Management, Time & Labor), and Payroll. You will provide expert guidance and oversight to ensure these modules are implemented effectively and deliver maximum value.
- • You will oversee critical technical aspects such as data migration strategies, complex system integrations with other enterprise applications, robust reporting solutions, and intricate system configurations. Ensuring data integrity and seamless system operation will be paramount.
- • Staying abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud HCM releases, new features, and emerging enhancements will be a continuous requirement, enabling you to advise clients on leveraging the most current capabilities and driving innovation.
- • Building, nurturing, and managing a high-performing team of Oracle HCM consultants is a key responsibility. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a significant portion dedicated to leading full lifecycle implementations.
- • Mandatory and extensive experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions specifically within the European region, demonstrating a deep understanding of regional HR regulations, compliance, and business practices.
- • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional delivery teams of Oracle HCM consultants, driving project success and team performance.
- • Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships across diverse global geographies, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, risk management, and governance frameworks, with a history of successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
