- • The Summer 2026 ESG Fellowship at Baker Tilly offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives within a leading professional services firm, contributing to meaningful sustainability efforts that support long-term environmental impact reduction.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the design of a scalable supplier engagement framework for Scope 3 emissions tracking, assisting in the development of ESG policies and processes, analyzing carbon data using the Persefoni reporting tool, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in procurement, operations, and data analytics to build actionable guidance and reporting roadmaps.
- • Baker Tilly is a nationally recognized advisory, tax, and assurance firm with a strong commitment to professional development, ethical standards, and inclusive workplace practices, operating as part of a global network with deep expertise in serving clients across major financial hubs.
- • Fellows will develop technical and professional skills in ESG reporting, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project management while building a foundation for a career in professional services and sustainability consulting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled as a student in an Accounting, Information Systems, or Finance-related degree program
- • Selected as a Climate Corps Fellow
- • Available to work full-time for the duration of the internship
- • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Demonstrated skills in communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and adaptability
