- • Partner with sales teams to translate business needs and strategic priorities into technical solutions using DataRobot’s Agentic AI, Predictive, and Generative AI platforms.
- • Deliver outcome-driven demonstrations to prospects and customers, tailoring technical messaging for C-suite executives (CIO, CTO, CDO), program leads, and technical practitioners.
- • Design and build MVP agentic AI applications within days to showcase transformation of real business processes and accelerate sales cycles.
- • Lead end-to-end Proof of Value (POV) engagements, including execution, outcome measurement, and translation of results into compelling business cases.
- • Define technical requirements for enterprise deployments, ensuring alignment with security mandates, data governance, model transparency, and responsible AI practices.
- • Advise on deployment models and data readiness to enable quick time-to-value across diverse APAC enterprise environments.
- • Support conversations around AI compliance, regulatory standards, and enterprise integration requirements including on-premise, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data warehouse systems (Snowflake, Databricks).
- • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams to provide structured feedback on customer needs, procurement hurdles, and technical blockers to inform product evolution.
- • Act as a trusted technical advisor to Regional Directors and Account Executives, equipping sales teams with assets and knowledge to advance AI adoption.
- • Engage with customers across Japan and the APAC region, conducting workshops, industry events, and on-site meetings up to 25% of the time.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with modern LLM frameworks and orchestration patterns including LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, and MCP.
- • Navigate complex enterprise data infrastructures, including NVIDIA environments, API integrations, and system interoperability patterns.
- • Communicate complex AI concepts clearly and persuasively in both executive-level briefings and deep-dive technical sessions with data scientists and architects.
- • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving product offerings, shifting priorities, and high customer expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in customer-facing data science, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within software/SaaS
- • Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, MCP, or equivalent frameworks
- • Demonstrated success supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics sales pursuits with solution design and Proof of Value execution
- • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree preferred
- • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events
- • Strong communication and demo skills with proven ability to present to both executives and technical teams
