- • Serve as a strategic contributor on Ryder’s Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) Products & Analytics team, specifically supporting the Automotive & Industrial (AAI) vertical.
- • Transform complex supply chain data into durable, reusable analytics products that drive measurable business outcomes in margin, labor, service, and operational performance.
- • Design persona-based dashboards and analytics solutions using Azure, Snowflake, Power BI, and Copilot to solve problems "once for many," eliminating one-off reporting.
- • Leverage AI daily to accelerate data discovery, diagnose root causes, synthesize customer signals, and deliver scalable insights faster.
- • Partner with operations, customers, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data products.
- • Engage stakeholders to evaluate ad-hoc requests and prioritize product initiatives that create innovative, high-impact solutions.
- • Interpret integrated data to build visualizations that inform business decisions and guide dashboard utilization across teams.
- • Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core functionality and enable a multiplier effect across the organization.
- • Apply agile methodologies to support product innovation through the full lifecycle of build, test, and release.
- • Become a domain expert in automotive and industrial supply chain operations over time.
- • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in business terms to non-technical audiences through strong verbal and written skills.
- • Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and evolving business needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or equivalent field required
- • Two or more years of applied project experience in digital transformation or data management (educational, internship, or professional)
- • Two to four years of experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across business functions
- • Experience developing BI solutions using Power BI or Tableau
- • Proficiency with SQL and exposure to ETL tools such as Alteryx or SSIS
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate technical insights into business language
