- • Own the full analytics lifecycle for Hostinger’s global marketing engine—turning petabytes of campaign, product, and customer data into the strategic fuel that powers 4 million users in 150 countries. You will be the single source of truth for how every euro is spent, which channels truly convert, and where the next growth lever hides.
- • Design and maintain end-to-end attribution models that track users from first ad impression through lifetime value. You’ll stitch together Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliate, email, SEO, and in-product events so leadership sees one coherent story instead of channel-level noise.
- • Build executive-grade Tableau dashboards that update in near-real time and answer questions before they are asked. Think funnel drop-offs by cohort, ROAS heat-maps by geo, predictive LTV curves, and automated alerts when CPA drifts beyond guardrails.
- • Partner daily with channel owners, creative teams, and product marketers to frame hypotheses, size opportunities, and run rigorous A/B or multivariate tests. You’ll translate “we think TikTok works better in LATAM” into a test design, statistical plan, and post-test narrative that drives budget re-allocation.
- • Dig deep into SQL on Snowflake and Amplitude to surface granular insights—e.g., which landing-page variant lifts trial-to-paid conversion by 8 % or why a seemingly successful campaign drives high one-month churn. Your findings will directly shape copy, creative, and bidding strategies.
- • Collaborate with Hostinger’s Data Platform squad to improve data freshness, schema design, and ETL reliability. You will spec new tracking requirements, QA pipelines, and champion data governance so analysts and marketers alike trust every number.
- • Create self-service analytics layers that let non-technical marketers answer 80 % of their own questions. This includes curated datasets, clear documentation, and bite-size Loom videos that spread data literacy across the 50-person growth org.
- • Present insights to C-level stakeholders in monthly “Revenue Deep-Dive” sessions, translating complex regressions into three-slide narratives that influence seven-figure budget decisions.
- • Continuously challenge the status quo—whether that means introducing MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), experimenting with incrementality testing, or piloting new visualization tools that cut dashboard load time by 40 %.
- • Contribute to Hostinger’s data-driven culture by hosting internal workshops, writing wiki playbooks, and mentoring junior analysts. Your legacy will be a team that asks smarter questions and measures what actually matters.
