- • The Data Analytics Lead Consultant at Allstate influences business strategy through data, analytics, and storytelling, driving improvements in customer experience outcomes by leading critical data initiatives.
- • Day to day, the role involves providing data and analytics expertise across business units, managing and leading high-impact data projects, coaching and developing analyst teams, compiling and analyzing complex data, establishing data quality and reporting standards, and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders to inform strategy and prioritization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 or more years of experience in data analytics or a related field
- • Proficiency in SQL
