📋 Description

• The Data Analytics Lead Consultant at Allstate influences business strategy through data, analytics, and storytelling, driving improvements in customer experience outcomes by leading critical data initiatives.
• Day to day, the role involves providing data and analytics expertise across business units, managing and leading high-impact data projects, coaching and developing analyst teams, compiling and analyzing complex data, establishing data quality and reporting standards, and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders to inform strategy and prioritization.
• Allstate is a 90+ year innovator in insurance and protection, known for leadership in pricing sophistication, telematics, and device and identity protection, with a mission to protect families from life’s uncertainties through collaborative, forward-thinking solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in data analytics or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data retrieval, manipulation, quality, reporting, and analytics standards
