- • Manage the full lifecycle of analytics and dashboard deliverables, from requirements gathering through development, validation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance
- • Partner with business stakeholders to consultatively gather, clarify, and document reporting requirements
- • Design and manage data models within Qlik (Qlik Sense and/or QlikView), including understanding table relationships, join keys, and the impact of data structure on output accuracy
- • Identify and document data sources, joins, transformations, and the logic behind key calculations for each reporting deliverable
- • Validate source data quality and structure prior to building analytics solutions, without assuming upstream data is pre-processed or ready for use
- • Maintain centralized documentation covering requirements, data lineage, business rules, access permissions, and update history
- • Perform quality assurance to ensure report outputs align with documented requirements and business expectations
- • Provide proactive status updates on active analytics work and maintain an up-to-date view of the overall analytics portfolio
- • Collaborate with data engineers, process owners, finance, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data quality and delivery issues
- • Work with raw or semi-structured data sources, not solely pre-processed datasets
- • Translate business requirements into functional reporting solutions with strong attention to detail and documentation quality
- • Communicate data concepts effectively to non-technical audiences through clear written and verbal presentations
- • Work independently with limited supervision as a self-starter with high initiative and ownership mentality
- • Manage multiple deliverables and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- • Travel up to 15% as required for role responsibilities
🎯 Requirements
- • BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- • 2+ years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting role
- • Proficiency with Qlik (Qlik Sense and/or QlikView), including data modeling, set analysis, and dashboard development
- • Understanding of relational data concepts including primary/foreign keys, table grain, and table relationships
- • Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot data model integrity
- • Experience working with raw or semi-structured data sources
