- • As a Data and Robotics Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring Glacier’s fleet of AI-powered recycling robots and ensuring their operational success in the field, directly contributing to the company’s mission of diverting recyclables from landfills and advancing sustainability through technology.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include answering inbound customer calls, conducting first-round troubleshooting using defined scripts, producing accurate internal and external reports in English for technical and non-technical audiences, monitoring robotic and scanner fleets via defined queries and processes, routing anomalies to appropriate internal teams, and supporting new robot installations through meticulous data evaluation and behavior monitoring.
- • You will join a Series A startup headquartered in San Francisco with deep roots in Facebook engineering and Bain consulting, backed by top-tier VCs, and already deploying impactful computer vision and robotics solutions for major clients like Colgate, Amazon, and municipal recycling facilities, with recognition from TIME, TechCrunch, Fortune, and CBS.
- • In this role, you will develop strong technical monitoring and reporting skills, gain hands-on experience with robotics and data systems in a real-world operational environment, improve cross-functional communication with engineering and field teams, and contribute to scalable sustainability solutions with measurable environmental impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analysis, or product support with a focus on data monitoring and reporting
- • Proven ability to meticulously monitor data, identify anomalies, and follow defined processes with exceptional attention to detail
- • Comfort and experience working with software, computer, or electromechanical systems in a diagnostic or support capacity
- • English fluency at B2 level or higher for effective collaboration with the US-based team
- • Experience working with US companies or clients is a plus
