📋 Description

• As a Principal Data Architect at Massive Rocket Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex client visions into scalable, high-impact data solutions for global brands, directly contributing to the company’s mission of reaching $100M in revenue by leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Snowflake and Braze.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading high-stakes discovery sessions to uncover data narratives, designing and implementing ETL pipelines in Snowflake across batch and real-time architectures, optimizing database performance through strategic data structuring and indexing, deploying monitoring tools, and ensuring data quality and integrity via rigorous QA processes and unit testing.
• You will join a rapidly scaling, entrepreneurial culture where ownership, collaboration, and innovation are core values — working alongside cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and engineering to deliver human-centered digital experiences at scale.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise data architecture, gain hands-on leadership experience guiding data engineering pods, and develop strategic influence by translating technical solutions into measurable business value for Fortune 500 clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in designing and implementing ETL pipelines in Snowflake environments
• Experience optimizing Snowflake database performance through data modeling, indexing, and query tuning
• Proficiency in deploying and configuring monitoring tools for data system performance and reliability
• Strong background in ensuring data quality and integrity via QA processes and unit testing
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and translate client visions into technical roadmaps
• Experience working with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms in data integration contexts
