Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end execution of data center deployments for AI/GPU clusters, from commissioning readiness (L2/L3 Cx) through operational turnover
- • Track and drive critical-path milestones, go/no-go criteria, and deployment runbooks to ensure on-schedule delivery of data halls and compute infrastructure
- • Coordinate on-site activities across construction handover, infrastructure, ICT/low-voltage systems, CDU/DLC, hardware installation, and network bring-up
- • Manage and hold accountable OEM/ODM vendors, integration contractors, and third-party service providers during active deployment phases
- • Confirm completion of commissioning and hardware-validation steps including burn-in, network validation, and GPU/TPU health checks before operational handoff
- • Deliver clean operational turnover by ensuring acceptance criteria, as-built documentation, runbooks, and handoff checklists are complete and approved
- • Surface risks, blockers, and schedule slips early with proposed solutions rather than presenting problems without options
- • Maintain accurate program artifacts including schedules, task trackers, risk and issue logs, punch lists, and handoff documentation
- • Provide regular, clear status updates on deployment health, risks, and milestones to program leads and cross-functional stakeholders
- • Collaborate with SMEs in networking, ICT, systems engineering, procurement, and operations to validate plans before execution
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of SOPs, runbooks, and deployment processes to improve speed, repeatability, and efficiency across future projects
- • Travel to active data center locations up to 50–60% of the time during peak deployment cycles, often on short notice
- • Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving requirements, taking initiative to fill gaps and drive outcomes without direct oversight
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years delivering data center, infrastructure, or large-scale hardware deployment projects (construction, commissioning, MEP, or IT/network deployment backgrounds)
- • Working understanding of the data center delivery lifecycle including construction handover, commissioning, and hardware/network deployment phases
- • Familiarity with commissioning levels (L2–L5) and the transition from systems testing to deployment- and operations-ready states
- • Demonstrated ability to own a project or workstream end to end, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and driving tasks to completion
- • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or cross-functional teams on active construction or deployment sites
- • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving requirements in a fast-moving environment
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity)
- • Retirement or pension plan, in line with local norms
- • Health, dental, and vision insurance
- • Generous PTO policy, in line with local norms
