📋 Description

• The Data Center Project Engineer role at TensorWave, Inc. is critical to ensuring the successful construction and handover of high-density AI infrastructure facilities, where precision and reliability directly impact the performance of GPU racks running 40–100kW+ for customer AI workloads.
• Day to day, the engineer will provide technical and administrative support to the on-site Senior Project Manager and construction team, manage RFI logs and submittal processes, conduct quality control inspections against design specifications, and assist with project closeout by organizing documentation, O&M manuals, and turnover packages for Operations.
• TensorWave is building a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers for AI innovators, with a mission to deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale, enabling breakthroughs to move at the speed of ideas.
• In this role, the engineer will gain deep exposure to mission-critical data center construction, develop expertise in critical facility systems (UPS, PDU, cooling, BMS/DCIM), and contribute to the delivery of AI infrastructure that powers next-generation computing, enhancing their career in specialized construction engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role on large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects
• Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting complex construction documents, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings and specifications
