📋 Description

• As the on-site owner's representative, you will oversee all phases of a major data center construction project from groundbreaking through final commissioning and handover, ensuring alignment with TensorWave's mission to deliver seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI compute at scale.
• You will manage the General Contractor and all sub-trades, own the project budget, lead daily and weekly meetings, coordinate RFIs and submittals, resolve field-level issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and turnover documentation for the Operations team.
• TensorWave is building a versatile cloud platform that eliminates infrastructure barriers, empowering innovators to focus on breakthrough AI without infrastructure constraints, operating with a culture of excellence, collaboration, and impact.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in mission-critical data center construction, strengthen leadership in cross-functional project delivery, and gain experience managing complex budgets, schedules, and technical specifications at scale—positioning you as a trusted leader in high-stakes infrastructure projects.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• 10+ years of experience managing complex, fast-track construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years in data centers or mission-critical facilities
• Deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and commissioning processes (Levels 1-5)
