• • As a Data Engineer at HappyRobot, you will play a pivotal role in constructing the foundational data products, dashboards, and tools that will enable self-serve analytics across the entire organization. Your work will directly contribute to scaling our data capabilities and empowering every team with the insights they need to make informed decisions. You will be instrumental in developing insightful and reliable dashboards that meticulously track the performance of our core business metrics, delivering critical intelligence that informs company-wide strategies and operations.
• • A significant part of your responsibility will involve building and maintaining robust data pipelines and sophisticated data models. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Design, acting as a key partner to inform their decisions with data-driven insights. Your ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations will be crucial in shaping product development and strategic initiatives.

• • Championing and ensuring data quality, reliability, and thorough documentation across all analytical projects and data assets.
