In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines and sophisticated cloud-based data platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping how we leverage data to drive business insights and innovation. We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep understanding of modern data warehousing principles, excels in ETL/ELT development, and has proven experience with distributed data processing technologies. A core focus of your work will be ensuring the highest standards of data quality, optimal performance, and stringent security across all data initiatives.
• • As a Data Engineer at Qodeworld, your primary responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end lifecycle of data pipeline development. This includes designing, building, and meticulously maintaining scalable data pipelines that efficiently ingest, transform, and serve data from various sources. You will be responsible for constructing and optimizing complex ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) workflows, adeptly handling both structured and unstructured data to meet diverse analytical and operational needs. A significant part of your role will involve implementing and managing data lakes and data warehouses hosted on AWS, ensuring they are architected for scalability, cost-efficiency, and ease of access.
• • You will work extensively with large, complex datasets, employing best practices to guarantee high performance, unwavering reliability, and absolute data integrity. This requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential data-related challenges. Collaboration is key to our success, and you will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and various business stakeholders. Your role will involve actively understanding their data requirements, translating these needs into technical specifications, and delivering data solutions that empower informed decision-making across the organization.
