- • Your core responsibilities will involve constructing and managing robust data pipelines responsible for collecting, transforming, loading, and curating data from a multitude of internal systems. This includes integrating data from external sources to enrich our data platform, ensuring comprehensive data coverage and utility.
- • A significant focus will be placed on maintaining the highest standards of data quality for all pipelines you build. You will implement rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, making all data pipelines auditable and transparent.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of work experience in a relevant field such as Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Software Engineering.
- • Proven experience with data lake and data warehousing technologies, including relevant data modeling best practices (e.g., Presto, Athena, Glue).
- • Proficiency in at least one of the primary programming languages for data engineering: Python or Scala. Expertise in additional programming languages is a significant advantage.
- • Demonstrated experience building ETL data pipelines, preferably with Apache Airflow, and a strong understanding of software design principles.
- • Excellent SQL and data manipulation skills, with experience using common frameworks like Apache Spark (PySpark) or similar big data processing technologies.
- • Expertise in Apache Spark or similar Big Data technologies, with a proven track record of processing high volumes and high-velocity datasets.
- • Experience gathering business requirements for data sourcing and understanding data needs from various stakeholders.
