- • As a Data Engineer II with MLOps specialization, you will be an integral part of our Marketing Engine team, a substantial group of over 150 professionals managing comprehensive 360º communication and operating a sophisticated, in-house automation engine. This team is responsible for driving over 31 million monthly traffic across all our brands, making it a critical component of our success. You will play a pivotal role in the next phase of our brand's expansion, contributing directly to the launch and scaling of new products.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines that support our marketing initiatives and machine learning operations. This involves working with large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity, and optimizing data flows for performance and reliability.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing MLOps best practices, enabling the seamless deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models within our production environment. This includes setting up infrastructure for model training, versioning, and inference, as well as establishing robust monitoring and alerting systems.
- • Collaborate closely with data scientists, marketing analysts, and other engineering teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical solutions. This cross-functional collaboration is key to ensuring our data infrastructure effectively supports business objectives and drives data-informed decision-making.
- • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes, leveraging various data integration tools and techniques to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources into our data warehouse and data lake.
- • Implement data quality checks and validation frameworks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data assets. Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues.
- • Optimize data storage and processing for performance and cost-efficiency, utilizing cloud-based data warehousing solutions and distributed computing frameworks.
- • Contribute to the architecture and design of our data platform, ensuring it is scalable, resilient, and meets the evolving needs of the business.
- • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for data engineering and MLOps workflows, automating testing, deployment, and infrastructure management.
- • Monitor data pipelines and ML systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
- • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data engineering, MLOps, and cloud computing, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
- • Document data processes, architectures, and MLOps procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
- • Hands-on experience with MLOps principles and tools, including model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- • Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated data services.
- • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries.
- • Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or similar distributed processing frameworks.
- • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
