- • As a Data Engineer II at Propelus, you will serve as a core builder of the company’s data infrastructure, developing and implementing scalable data pipelines that power the entire platform ecosystem and ensure a reliable 'single source of truth' for healthcare compliance data.
- • You will design and deploy efficient ETL/ELT processes, own data quality checks by identifying and resolving discrepancies, monitor and optimize data infrastructure for performance and uptime, collaborate with analysts and engineers to meet data needs, maintain technical documentation, and automate manual data workflows to increase speed and reliability.
- • Propelus simplifies workforce compliance management across healthcare through innovative technology and strategic partnerships, empowering professionals, employers, and regulators to work together in a connected and efficient ecosystem, with over 20 years of leadership in delivering seamless compliance solutions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT pipeline design, data quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to mission-critical systems that support healthcare workforce safety and compliance at scale.
