đź“‹ Description
- • As a Data Engineer at SoSafe GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers the company’s cybersecurity products, analytics, and AI initiatives, directly contributing to the organization’s mission of making the digital world safer by transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- • You will design, develop, and operate scalable data pipelines on AWS using modern tools like Airflow, dbt, and Kafka, ensuring reliable data flow for product teams, analytics, and machine learning use cases while upholding high standards of data quality, observability, and system reliability.
- • You will collaborate closely with Analytics, Product Engineering, and ML teams to define data contracts, improve developer experience, and operationalize new data use cases, acting as a bridge between technical implementation and business value delivery.
- • You will contribute to platform resilience by implementing monitoring, alerting, CI/CD improvements, and infrastructure-as-code changes via Terraform, helping to establish best practices in a shared, production-grade data platform environment.
- • You will take end-to-end ownership of data engineering tasks — from implementation and validation to documentation and troubleshooting — ensuring long-term maintainability and supporting internal stakeholders through proactive issue resolution and clear communication.
- • You will grow into broader platform responsibilities by learning from experienced engineers, participating in code reviews and technical discussions, and helping shape the evolution of SoSafe’s data architecture in a fast-moving, purpose-driven cybersecurity scale-up.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at SoSafe, where your work directly supports the company’s Human Risk Management approach — turning employees into the strongest line of defence against cyber threats — while being part of a rapidly growing, VC-backed organization that values innovation, diversity, and collaboration.

- • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of tasks, including implementation, validation, and documentation
