📋 Description

• • As a Data Engineer in People Analytics at Notion, you will design, build, and operate scalable data systems that power reliable, secure, and production-ready employee data to support strategic decisions in hiring, performance, compensation, and organizational design.
• • Day to day, you will partner with the Chief People Officer and People leadership to translate strategic questions into metrics and data products; build ETL/ELT pipelines from HRIS and adjacent systems like Workday, ATS, payroll, and performance platforms; design privacy-first data architectures with access controls and PII handling; implement data quality, testing, and observability systems; and create semantic layers and self-serve data products for People Analytics teams.
