Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end design, development, and continuous improvement of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow integrations that connect HRIS, Active Directory, LDAP, ERP, and 100+ SaaS applications across First American’s enterprise ecosystem. You will architect resilient data pipelines that aggregate, correlate, normalize, and reconcile millions of identity and entitlement records daily, ensuring every employee, contractor, and partner has the right access at the right time.
- • Build high-performance, auditable data flows that feed SailPoint’s access-certification campaigns, role-mining analytics, separation-of-duties checks, and risk-based policy engines. You will craft sophisticated BeanShell/Groovy rules, transforms, and aggregation logic to automate birthright provisioning, transfers, and de-provisioning events while maintaining a 99.9% data accuracy SLA.
- • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with IAM engineers, Security Architecture, HR Operations, Legal, and application owners to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions. You will lead integration discovery workshops, map identity attributes across heterogeneous systems, and create reusable design patterns that cut future onboarding time by 50%.
- • Establish and enforce data-quality guardrails—implementing reconciliation dashboards, anomaly detection, and lineage documentation—that satisfy SOX, SOC 2, and internal audit mandates. When auditors ask “who had access to what, when, and why?” you will deliver crystal-clear evidence in minutes, not days.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve production data issues at scale: debug connector failures, optimize SQL queries that process 10M-row datasets, tune JVM parameters for SailPoint task servers, and coordinate zero-downtime fixes during monthly release windows. Your RCA reports will drive systemic fixes that prevent recurrence.
- • Champion continuous improvement by evaluating emerging IAM technologies, containerizing integration micro-services, and introducing CI/CD pipelines that reduce deployment risk. You will mentor junior engineers through code reviews, lunch-and-learn sessions, and pair programming, raising the bar for engineering excellence across the 30-person Identity & Access Management team.
- • Contribute to strategic roadmap sessions—translating compliance mandates, M&A integrations, and cloud-first initiatives into a 24-month backlog of data-engineering epics. Your insights will directly influence First American’s ability to securely scale from 19,000 to 25,000 identities without increasing manual effort.
- • Measure what matters: instrument integrations with real-time telemetry, publish KPIs on data freshness, completeness, and error rates, and present monthly metrics to senior leadership. Your dashboards will become the single source of truth for identity data health across the enterprise.
