- • Manage complex data processes including bulk data mapping, enrichment, and cleansing activities to ensure accurate and usable datasets for clinical trials.
- • Conduct comprehensive data quality checks across multiple sources, identify anomalies, and implement resolutions to maintain high standards of data integrity.
- • Coordinate closely with IT, data governance, and data management teams to align data workflows with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- • Track, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data operations and service delivery to support continuous improvement.
- • Ensure all data management activities comply with client-specific and regulatory requirements, including support for invoicing processes tied to data deliverables.
- • Work within a global life sciences environment supporting drug development and commercialization initiatives for clients across the EU and beyond.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate clinical data needs into operational workflows and resolve systemic data issues efficiently.
- • Maintain documentation of data processes, changes, and resolutions to support audit readiness and knowledge transfer.
- • Participate in client-facing communications as needed to clarify data requirements, report on progress, and address concerns promptly.
- • Adapt to evolving project demands and regulatory updates in clinical data management while maintaining consistent service quality.
- • Support the end-to-end data lifecycle from collection through validation, ensuring alignment with sponsor expectations and industry best practices.
- • Contribute to team initiatives focused on improving data efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing overall operational performance.
- • Remain current on evolving data standards and therapeutic area trends relevant to life sciences clinical trials.
- • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- • Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data discrepancies and propose sustainable solutions that prevent recurrence.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to data privacy regulations applicable to clinical trial data.
- • Engage in ongoing professional development through company-provided training programs in technical and therapeutic domains.
