📋 Description
- • Own end-to-end client implementations from a data perspective, including acquiring, validating, and importing data files into the Cloudmed/R1 platform to prepare systems for go-live.
- • Collaborate directly with client IT teams to ensure incoming data meets specified technical and operational requirements across multiple service lines.
- • Apply deep knowledge of healthcare data standards and structures to troubleshoot data issues and deliver solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
- • Write and execute SQL queries to perform data research, analyze trends, and identify anomalies in client datasets and system performance.
- • Create and maintain reports on system performance (including rules engine outputs), client data patterns, and key business metrics to inform operational decisions.
- • Script and automate repetitive data processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and scale operations across growing client base.
- • Perform analysis of data ingested into the company’s Data Lake to ensure data integrity, completeness, and alignment with business objectives.
- • Resolve data duplication issues and ensure consistency across data sources used by various R1 solutions and service lines.
- • Serve as a technical mentor to junior Data Operations Analysts, providing guidance on best practices, data validation techniques, and platform workflows.
- • Communicate complex technical findings and research results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including project managers, sales teams, and operations staff.
- • Utilize Salesforce to track implementation progress, manage deliverables, and maintain accurate records of client data workflows and dependencies.
- • Identify, document, and escalate technical issues or systemic gaps to Product and Engineering teams in a structured and collaborative manner.
- • Apply best practices in data management and contribute to internal documentation standards for data acquisition, validation, and onboarding procedures.
- • Manage multiple client implementation projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines, complexity, and business impact.
- • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement in data operations workflows.
- • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, organizational discipline, and sound judgment when handling sensitive healthcare data and critical client onboarding timelines.
