• • A key responsibility involves the production and distribution of advance scouting materials. You will be tasked with gathering, organizing, and disseminating crucial data and video analysis to coaches and players, enabling them to prepare effectively for upcoming opponents.

• • You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading data logging software, specifically Hawk-Eye and Kinatrax, for remote logging of Florida Complex League (FCL) and Dominican Rookie (DR) games.

• • Regular, clear, and concise status reports are essential. You will provide timely updates to the Minor League Video Coordinators and other Player Development staff located in both Philadelphia and Clearwater.
• • These reports will keep key stakeholders informed about ongoing projects, technical issues, and data collection progress, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
