  • • Prepare, organize, and manually enter a high volume of electronic invoices with exceptional accuracy across multiple TreviPay programs, maintaining a low error rate per program.
  • • Follow standardized data entry processes with strict discipline to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.
  • • Consistently meet or exceed program-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Standards (SLSs) under demanding performance expectations.
  • • Prioritize accuracy over speed in repetitive, high-volume workflows, maintaining a quality-focused approach throughout daily tasks.
  • • Multitask across multiple programs and platforms, managing competing deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Embrace process changes with a positive attitude and actively contribute to team-based efforts to improve data handling workflows.
  • • Demonstrate initiative by responding to questions, offering assistance to colleagues, and supporting seamless cross-team operations.
  • • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • • Complete all assigned training modules by their due dates and participate in ongoing learning and development initiatives.

  • • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to execute daily data processing responsibilities effectively.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least one year of data entry experience preferred
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • • Ability to maintain high accuracy in repetitive, high-volume tasks
  • • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • • Must be able to work in a typical office environment during scheduled hours
