  • • Partner directly with the CEO to ideate, validate, and launch new mobile apps from concept to scale, using data-driven product discovery methods.
  • • Drive product decisions for existing apps by analyzing user behavior, experimentation results, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and retention levers.
  • • Define, track, and optimize core product KPIs including activation rate, retention, monetization, LTV, CAC, and ARPU to ensure scalable, sustainable growth.
  • • Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests across onboarding flows, feature enhancements, and monetization models to validate hypotheses and maximize conversion.
  • • Translate raw behavioral and transactional data into clear product hypotheses, prioritized roadmaps, and actionable insights for engineering and design teams.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to ship products quickly, iterate based on real-world data, and reduce time-to-learn.
  • • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that surface critical product metrics in real-time, enabling autonomous decision-making across the team.
  • • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, prototype user flows, generate content for experiments, and streamline data analysis workflows.
  • • Own the product lifecycle from hypothesis generation through launch and post-mortem analysis, ensuring every release is guided by measurable outcomes.
  • • Act as the primary data interpreter for product strategy, transforming complex analytics into compelling narratives that align stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • • Maintain a deep focus on UI/UX quality and strive for Apple-like product experiences in mobile applications used by millions of users worldwide.
  • • Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, startup environment where speed, ownership, and impact override bureaucracy and process.
  • • Work in a fully AI-native environment where experimentation is embedded in product development and AI is used to augment, not replace, human judgment.
  • • Communicate data findings and product plans clearly and structurally in both spoken and written English and Spanish to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by sharing insights, documenting experiments, and refining methodologies based on results.
  • • Prioritize initiatives based on potential impact, feasibility, and data validity, balancing short-term wins with long-term product vision.
  • • Stay current with mobile app trends, AI advancements in product management, and evolving user expectations in productivity and subscription-based apps.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Degree in a quantitative or technical field — Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or similar
  • • 2–4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or Data Analyst, looking to transition into product
  • • Solid analytical foundation: SQL, statistics, experimentation, and product metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, ARPU)
  • • Strong level of spoken and written English and Spanish
  • • High agency, ownership, and bias for action in fast-paced environments
  • • Comfortable working directly with founders and in startup settings
