  • • Serve as an apprentice in the Operations function within the Analytics business unit at Dun & Bradstreet, supporting data-driven decision-making processes for global clients.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the collection, validation, and preprocessing of business data used in analytics products and services.
  • • Participate in daily operational workflows to ensure data integrity and timely delivery of analytics outputs aligned with business objectives.
  • • Gain hands-on exposure to Dun & Bradstreet’s proprietary data platforms and tools used for business intelligence, risk assessment, and market insights.
  • • Support the documentation and standardization of operational procedures for data ingestion, transformation, and quality control processes.
  • • Assist in monitoring data pipelines and identifying anomalies or inconsistencies that may impact analytical accuracy or client deliverables.
  • • Engage in training sessions and mentorship programs designed to build foundational skills in data operations, business analytics, and enterprise data systems.
  • • Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enhancing data reliability across analytics workflows.
  • • Work within a global team environment to understand how data operations in Mumbai support clients and stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • • Adhere to company policies and compliance standards related to data handling, confidentiality, and information security in all operational tasks.
  • • Receive structured feedback and performance evaluations to guide professional development during the apprenticeship period.
  • • Attend team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and operational reviews to build understanding of how analytics products are built, delivered, and maintained.
  • • Support the transition of legacy data processes to modernized systems under the guidance of senior operations and analytics staff.
  • • Maintain accurate records of operational activities, task completion, and issue resolution in designated tracking systems.
  • • Demonstrate initiative in learning company-specific terminology, data models, and business contexts relevant to Dun & Bradstreet’s global client base.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • • Basic understanding of data structures, databases, and data processing workflows
  • • Familiarity with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for data manipulation and analysis
  • • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • • Willingness to learn and adapt to proprietary enterprise systems and tools
