- • As a Data Scientist at Memorial Hermann Health System, you will mine and analyze complex, unstructured data sets using advanced statistical methods to support data-driven decision making across the organization. Your work will directly contribute to improving patient care, operational efficiency, and healthcare outcomes by transforming raw data into actionable insights for leadership and clinical teams.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, finance, operations, and IT to collect, explore, and extract insights from structured and unstructured data sources such as electronic health records (EHR). You will develop and test predictive models, perform hypothesis testing and A/B testing, build machine learning models, and communicate findings through clear storytelling to influence strategic decisions and process improvements.
