• • Join HighLevel Inc. as a Data Scientist and become the driving force behind AI-powered customer lifecycle intelligence that protects revenue for 2 million+ global businesses. You will sit at the intersection of big data, machine learning, and customer success, translating 2.5 billion daily message events and 470 TB of multi-tenant data into actionable insights that prevent churn before it happens.
• • Own the full lifecycle of predictive churn & retention models—from raw data ingestion in our AWS/Snowflake lakehouse to production-grade micro-services deployed on Kubernetes. You will design feature stores, tune gradient-boosted and deep-learning models, and set up automated retraining pipelines that adapt to new behavioral patterns in real time.
• • Architect and ship real-time customer-risk scoring systems that surface at-risk accounts within minutes, not days. These scores will power in-app nudges, Slack alerts, and CRM triggers used by 600+ Sales & Customer Success reps to intervene with hyper-personalized retention offers.
• • Build AI agents that combine large language models (LLM) with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to auto-draft retention playbooks. Your agents will read historical ticket data, usage telemetry, and sentiment signals to recommend the next-best action for every at-risk customer, cutting manual research time by 80%.
• • Translate complex behavioral, CRM, and telemetry data into clear, board-ready narratives. You will craft dashboards in Looker, write executive briefs, and present findings that influence product roadmaps, pricing experiments, and marketing campaigns across the company.
• • Collaborate daily with cross-functional squads in product, engineering, marketing, and support. You will run weekly experiment reviews, mentor junior analysts, and champion a culture of hypothesis-driven decision-making backed by rigorous A/B testing and causal inference.
• • Work fully remote alongside 1,500+ teammates across 15 countries. You will participate in async stand-ups, quarterly on-sites in Delhi, and continuous learning sessions where the latest papers in churn modeling and LLM evaluation are discussed and applied.
• • Contribute to HighLevel’s open-source data tooling, publish blog posts on our engineering portal, and speak at global meetups. Your work will not only protect millions in ARR but also set new industry standards for ethical, privacy-first customer analytics.
