- • As a Data Scientist II at Press Ganey Associates, LLC, you will serve as a critical business partner to internal and external stakeholders, delivering advanced data-analytic solutions that drive insights and action in complex industries, particularly healthcare, where your work directly supports improving human experiences at the core of client organizations.
- • You will independently execute end-to-end analytic deliverables—from data preparation and statistical modeling to reporting and visualization—using tools like R, Python, SQL, SAS, Tableau, and PowerBI to transform raw data into strategic insights that inform decision-making across sales, product management, consulting, and account teams.
- • You will develop and prototype novel data sets and analytic solutions by integrating internal and external data sources, applying advanced statistical methods such as regression, data mining, and classification techniques to address pressing business questions in areas like value-based purchasing, HCAHPS, and population health.
- • You will ensure the accuracy, quality, and documentation of all analytic work, producing clear written reports that summarize methods, interpretations, and business implications for both technical and non-technical audiences, while maintaining rigorous standards for reproducibility and clarity.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Development, Product Management, and CRA to prototype scalable, innovative analytics, staying current with emerging technologies in big data (e.g., Hadoop, cloud services) and analytical tools to continuously improve the sophistication and impact of your work.
- • You will contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration at Press Ganey, where your expertise helps advance the company’s mission to turn data into insights that empower organizations to deliver the best human experiences, supported by a workplace that values ownership, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
- • 1–3 years of experience in a data-analytic intensive role with hands-on programming in SQL, SAS, R, or STATA
- • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI, and basic to intermediate skills in Python, PHP, Perl, VB, JavaScript, or C++
