• • Lead the charge in transforming massive, complex healthcare data into actionable intelligence that directly combats fraud, waste, and abuse—saving taxpayer dollars and improving patient outcomes across the nation.
• • Architect end-to-end machine-learning pipelines that ingest billions of structured and unstructured healthcare claims, clinical notes, and IoT-generated patient data to surface anomalous billing patterns, provider networks, and treatment outliers.
• • Own the full model lifecycle—from raw-data ingestion, feature engineering, and algorithm selection to containerized deployment, real-time monitoring, and continuous retraining—ensuring every model you ship is explainable, ethical, and compliant with HIPAA, CMS, and emerging AI regulations.
• • Translate ambiguous policy questions into crisp quantitative experiments; present findings to senior CMS, VA, and DoD stakeholders through interactive dashboards (Plotly, Streamlit, PowerBI) that turn statistical significance into mission-critical decisions within days, not months.
• • Mentor a multidisciplinary squad of data engineers, clinicians, and cloud architects; conduct code reviews in Python/Spark, champion MLOps best practices (GitFlow, CI/CD, model cards), and foster a culture where reproducibility and peer review are non-negotiable.
• • Pioneer the use of graph neural networks and temporal link prediction to uncover evolving fraud rings across provider–patient–pharmacy graphs, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in large-scale healthcare intelligence.
• • Evaluate model fairness across demographic subgroups; implement bias-mitigation techniques (re-weighting, adversarial debiasing) so that AI-driven audits do not inadvertently discriminate against rural or minority populations.
• • Partner with Booz Allen’s internal R&D fund to incubate next-gen capabilities—secure competitive grants, co-author white papers, and file patents that position the firm at the forefront of responsible AI in federal health.
• • Contribute to open-source repositories maintained by the firm, speak at industry conferences (PyData, Strata, HIMSS), and build a personal brand that reflects Booz Allen’s commitment to “Empower People to Change the World.”
