- • As a Data Solutions Consultant at Addepar, you will play a pivotal role in enabling investment professionals to transform complex financial data into actionable intelligence by leading client data implementation projects that unify portfolio, market, and client data into a total portfolio view—directly supporting Addepar’s mission to empower over 1,400 firms managing nearly $9 trillion in assets across nearly 60 countries.
- • You will be among the first members of the Data Solutions team based in Pune, India, helping establish the company’s regional presence while collaborating closely with global teams in the U.S., U.K., and other offices to shape local operating models and strengthen cross-border delivery excellence.
- • Day to day, you will execute complex client data implementation projects by extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) historical portfolio data from legacy systems into Addepar, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for high-stakes financial reporting and analysis.
- • You will build scalable, sustainable data solutions by translating client requirements into flexible workflows that support accurate, repeatable reporting, leveraging Python and SQL to streamline data flows and automate repetitive manual tasks under senior guidance.
- • You will manage multiple concurrent client engagements, prioritizing effectively to drive each project to successful completion while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness across diverse, high-touch implementations.
- • You will collaborate closely with Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop deep knowledge of investment-related data domains and deliver tailored, client-centric outcomes that align technical execution with business goals.
- • You will champion operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, leading process improvements, and advocating for automation and tooling enhancements that elevate global delivery scalability and consistency.
- • You will contribute to internal innovation initiatives by participating in the development of best practices, reusable templates, and internal tooling that enable scale and improve how Addepar operates globally.
- • You will grow your expertise at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, gaining deep exposure to institutional investment workflows, data modeling, and AI-powered insights while building a global professional network across Addepar’s international offices.
- • You will develop strong technical translation skills, learning to articulate complex data architectures and ETL processes to non-technical stakeholders in clear, business-focused terms that drive alignment and adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in technology, finance, or consulting, with a proven track record in leading complex data or financial system integration projects
- • Proficiency in Python and SQL, including hands-on experience with large datasets, ETL processes, and automating repetitive manual tasks to improve efficiency
- • Familiarity with Databricks and API workflows is a strong plus; ability to learn and apply new technical tools quickly in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
