- • Own the data narrative for Billups across EMEA, turning complex datasets into compelling stories that drive strategic decisions for global brands and agencies. You will be the bridge between raw numbers and board-level insights, ensuring every out-of-home campaign is measurable, attributable and continuously optimized.
- • Architect end-to-end data strategies that span audience discovery, targeting precision, campaign measurement and post-campaign attribution. From mapping first-party CRM files to geospatial movement patterns, you will decide which data sources, methodologies and visualizations best answer each client’s unique business questions.
- • Partner daily with the Sciences, Analytics, Product, Marketing, Business and Media teams to embed data thinking into every stage of the OOH lifecycle. You will translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that media planners, creatives and brand managers can implement immediately.
- • Lead client workshops and QBRs, showcasing how Billups’ proprietary tech stack and external data partnerships turn roadside panels, transit shelters and digital screens into performance channels. Your presentations will combine statistical rigor with storytelling flair, leaving stakeholders confident in their investment and hungry for the next experiment.
- • Design and pilot new data products—think footfall heat maps, incremental sales dashboards or dynamic creative triggers—that differentiate Billups in a crowded AdTech landscape. You will scope MVPs, define success metrics and shepherd products from whiteboard to revenue-generating reality.
- • Mentor junior analysts and data scientists, building their skills in SQL, Python, R, Tableau and spreadsheet wizardry. You will set coding standards, review methodologies and foster a culture where curiosity, reproducibility and ethical data use are non-negotiable.
- • Continuously scan the horizon for emerging data sources (mobile SDKs, connected car telemetry, retail media networks) and measurement innovations (MMM, geo-lift, synthetic controls). You will evaluate partnerships, run proof-of-concepts and publish thought-leadership pieces that position Billups as the smartest voice in OOH.
- • Translate complex statistical outputs into intuitive visuals and narratives for C-suite audiences. Whether it’s a 10-slide board deck or a 280-character LinkedIn post, you will ensure every data point serves a strategic story.
- • Own the quality and governance of all data used in EMEA campaigns. You will audit pipelines, document assumptions and champion GDPR-compliant practices, ensuring every insight is defensible and privacy-safe.
- • Contribute to new-business pitches by crafting measurement frameworks that prove OOH’s role in full-funnel marketing. Your pre-sale prototypes will become the post-sale benchmarks that retain and expand client budgets.
- • Collaborate with global counterparts in the Americas and APAC to share best practices, standardize methodologies and scale successful data products across regions.
- • Stay hands-on with data—writing queries, building models, designing dashboards—so your strategic recommendations are grounded in firsthand evidence and technical credibility.
