  • • Shape the voice of the next-gen entertainment powerhouse. As DE Creative Strategist you will craft irresistible German-language campaigns that turn unknown stories into global sensations across Galatea (interactive novels) and the brand-new CandyJarTV (streaming originals). Your words will be the first touch-point for millions of romance and fantasy lovers, driving installs, reads, and binge-watches.
  • • Own the full creative funnel—from insight to execution. You will mine performance dashboards, reader reviews, and social chatter to uncover what makes German-speaking audiences swipe, tap, and watch. Translate these insights into punchy copy, scroll-stopping hooks, and trailer concepts that outperform benchmarks by 2-3Ă—.
  • • Write persuasive ad copy across every channel: TikTok spark ads, Meta carousels, YouTube pre-roll, push notifications, email subject lines, and in-app paywalls. Each line must feel native to the platform yet unmistakably Inkitt—sultry, addictive, and impossible to ignore.
  • • Brief and inspire designers, video editors, and motion artists with razor-sharp creative briefs. Provide shot lists, tone references, and copy overlays so they can produce trailers, GIFs, and UGC-style clips that convert in under three seconds.
  • • Develop seasonal and evergreen campaign concepts that keep Galatea and CandyJarTV top-of-mind. Whether it’s a Valentine’s Day “Dark Mafia Billionaire” takeover or a Halloween “Fated Mates” marathon, you will architect narratives that span weeks and touch every surface.
  • • A/B test relentlessly. Launch 20–30 variants per week, analyze CTR, CPM, and ROAS, then iterate in real time. Your hypotheses will be rooted in cultural nuance—why Berlin Gen-Z loves enemies-to-lovers while Bavarian millennials crave slow-burn fantasy.
  • • Stay ahead of trends. Track BookTok sounds, Netflix drops, meme formats, and German colloquialisms so our creatives feel fresh, not forced. Build swipe-files and mood boards that the global team can tap into.
  • • Collaborate with UA managers, data scientists, and the product team to ensure messaging aligns with onboarding flows, paywall tests, and retention mechanics. Your copy will bridge the gap between acquisition and lifetime value.
  • • Champion diversity and inclusion in storytelling. Ensure campaigns celebrate varied body types, ethnicities, and relationship models so every reader sees themselves reflected on screen or on the page.
  • • Report weekly on creative learnings and cultural insights that can be scaled to other markets. Your documentation will become the gold standard for how Inkitt localizes romance and fantasy worldwide.

🎯 Requirements
