- • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at LiveFlow, you will be at the forefront of our sales engine, serving as the critical first point of contact for prospective customers. This role is instrumental in shaping the initial customer journey and directly contributes to LiveFlow's rapid growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. You will be a key player in our early-stage sales team, working remotely from NYC, and will have a significant impact on our revenue targets.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the initial stages of the sales process, meticulously identifying and qualifying potential clients who can benefit from LiveFlow's innovative accounting and finance platform. This involves a proactive and strategic approach to outreach, ensuring that we connect with the right businesses at the right time.
- • You will collaborate closely with our Account Executive (AE) team, providing them with a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Your success in generating these opportunities will directly empower the AEs to focus on closing deals, thereby accelerating our company's expansion and market penetration.
- • A core component of your daily activities will involve performing targeted outreach. This includes mastering the art of cold calling, crafting compelling and hyper-personalized outreach emails, and leveraging various communication channels to engage with potential customers. The goal is to cut through the noise and establish meaningful connections.
- • You will be tasked with selling the value proposition of LiveFlow to leading US Accounting firms and forward-thinking Finance teams. This requires a deep understanding of their unique challenges, operational workflows, and strategic objectives. You will need to articulate how LiveFlow can revolutionize their financial operations, enabling them to run massive enterprises with lean finance teams.
- • To excel in this role, you must dive deep into our product. Thoroughly understanding the pain points our potential customers experience is paramount. You will need to become an expert on how LiveFlow addresses these challenges, positioning it as the ideal, indispensable solution.
- • Developing and building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within Accounting firms and Finance Departments is crucial. This includes engaging with individuals at the C-suite level, such as CFOs, as well as Heads of Finance, to understand their needs and build trust.
- • You will be responsible for qualifying leads, ensuring that the opportunities passed to the AE team are well-vetted and have a high probability of conversion. This involves asking insightful questions, actively listening, and assessing the prospect's needs against LiveFlow's capabilities.
- • As an early-stage SDR, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the building and scaling of the SDR team. Your insights and experiences will be invaluable as we refine our processes and expand our reach.

- • 6 months to 2 years of experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
