📋 Description
- • The Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of client-specific patient support programs, including setup, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with client goals and operational excellence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client kickoff meetings, preparing progress and market insight reports, managing program timelines and deliverables, identifying scope creep, coordinating cross-project activities, conducting weekly and monthly performance reviews, and overseeing caseworker teams providing reimbursement navigation, copay support, and general inquiries.
- • The role operates within IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence, supporting life sciences and healthcare clients across Canada and internationally, requiring collaboration with diverse departments and stakeholders.
- • The Program Manager will develop leadership and analytical skills, gain expertise in patient support programs and reimbursement navigation, enhance workforce planning and resource allocation capabilities, and drive process improvements while serving as a role model for the caseworker team.
🎯 Requirements
- • University degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
- • Bilingualism in English and French (preferred)
- • Supervisory or management experience in a contact centre and/or pharmaceutical environment
- • Experience in Patient Support Programs and reimbursement navigation
- • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments with fluctuating service demand
- • Experience with workforce scheduling and resource planning principles
