- • Lead and support complex global client programs in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of life sciences projects.
- • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, budgeting, and client communication for strategic accounts in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, production, quality, account management, and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction within a regulated, matrixed environment.
- • Develop expertise in global project management within life sciences, strengthen stakeholder and financial management skills, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that support compliance, efficiency, and long-term partnership growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- • Strong project management experience within a CRO, clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment
- • Proven experience managing complex global projects and enterprise-level client accounts in highly regulated environments
- • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, profitability, and financial reporting
- • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus
- • Familiarity with localization, language services, regulated content workflows, or clinical documentation processes is highly desirable
