- • As a Deal Desk Analyst at SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc., you will provide essential support to the sales team by structuring pricing, generating accurate quotations, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines, playing a critical role in enabling revenue generation and deal execution.
- • Day to day, you will review quote requests from the sales team, use CPQ tools to generate accurate pricing documents, collaborate with Sales, Product/Pricing, Finance, and Contracts teams to approve deal structures, verify account details in Salesforce, monitor pricing exceptions, and conduct post-close audits to ensure contractual accuracy.
- • You will be part of a dynamic, fast-growing US-based software company with a casual yet hardworking culture, supporting the APJ sales team while occasionally assisting with overflow from AMS and EMEA regions, working closely with headquarters in Austin, TX and global teams.
- • Over time, you will develop deep expertise in SailPoint’s product suite, pricing models, and CPQ systems, progressing from guided learning to becoming an independent go-to resource for complex deal structuring, with opportunities to lead enablement sessions, drive process improvements, or contribute to cross-functional projects within 6–12 months.
🎯 Requirements
- • Japanese speaker
- • Experience with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce.com and quoting tools, ideally Salesforce CPQ
- • Excellent attention to detail
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe DC
- • Ability to manage expectations of a sales team with tight deadlines and constantly changing priorities
- • Highly responsive with excellent written and verbal communication skills
