- • As a Deal Desk Analyst at Wiz, you will support the Deal Desk manager with daily operations, focusing on the Public Sector and South-East teams, and act as a trusted advisor to the sales team in structuring deals that align with Wiz’s capabilities and customer needs.
- • You will translate customer and field feedback into actionable plans, host daily Deal Desk Office Hours, track and communicate red deals to leadership, and benchmark sales trends, cycles, and customer behaviors to inform strategy.
- • You will manage price lists, products, and quotes in Salesforce, own the approval matrix and automation, maintain the deal desk playbook, and partner with Finance, Product, and Enablement to develop and roll out process improvements and training.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role and Sales/Business Operations function
- • Strong experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office products
- • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong business acumen, organizational, time management, and attention to detail
- • Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity, and strong analytical skills with critical thinking to interpret and explain information concisely
- • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration, comfortable with change, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
