  • • Own the end-to-end quote-to-signature process for Chainguard’s global Account Executives, turning complex enterprise requirements into clean, compliant quotes that close faster. You will be the single point of contact for deal structure questions, pricing approvals, order-form generation, and accurate opportunity closure in Salesforce.
  • • Run the daily quote queue like a well-oiled machine: triage requests, apply pricing rules, secure cross-functional approvals, and keep every stakeholder updated in real time. At month- and quarter-end, you will sprint alongside Sales to remove last-minute blockers and ensure no deal slips.
  • • Architect scalable pricing and packaging guidance for non-standard, multi-year, or high-value agreements. Translate legal redlines into commercial impact, model discount tiers, and present clear recommendations that balance customer value with company margin targets.
  • • Administer and continuously improve Chainguard’s CPQ (Subskribe) and CLM (Ironclad) environments. You will update price books, configure new products, test workflows, and maintain bullet-proof data hygiene so downstream Finance and Product teams can trust every field.
  • • Serve as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product. You will run deal-review stand-ups, flag revenue-recognition risks, and document repeatable playbooks that let the company 10Ă— deal volume without adding headcount.
  • • Build executive-ready dashboards that reveal win/loss trends, average selling price movements, and discount leakage. Your insights will directly influence packaging decisions, comp plan design, and board-level forecasting.
  • • Champion process excellence: map current workflows, identify friction points, and roll out lightweight improvements that cut cycle time and delight internal customers. Every quarter you will measure success in days-shaved-per-deal and CSAT scores from Sales.
  • • Mentor junior analysts and create self-service resources—think quick-reference guides, Slack shortcuts, and Loom videos—that empower reps to answer their own questions and keep deals moving 24/7.
  • • Stay ahead of the curve on SaaS pricing models, compliance requirements, and industry benchmarks. You will bring fresh ideas back to Chainguard and pilot experiments that could become the next standard offer.
  • • Celebrate wins loudly: when a seven-figure renewal closes ahead of schedule because you untangled a thorny co-terming issue, the entire Go-to-Market team will know your name.
