- • The Deal Desk Lead serves as the owner of the enterprise deal desk, partnering with Business Leadership, Sales, Delivery, and Operations to ensure deals are structured collaboratively, approved efficiently, and informed by data-driven insights. This role is a key enabler of deal pricing support, driving pricing operations, governance, and reporting across the organization, and sits in the Office of the COO.
- • Day to day, the person will collaborate with senior leaders, sellers, and delivery teams to develop and operationalize best practices aligned with Huron’s client value propositions and financial goals; facilitate cross-functional deal evaluations analyzing pricing, margins, and risk profiles; own and maintain pricing tools and technologies; deliver global deal desk analytics and reporting; and lead process improvement initiatives using workflows, AI, and automation to scale pricing capabilities.
