  • • As a Deal Desk Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Revenue Operations team, directly contributing to the execution of our strategic pricing and packaging initiatives. This role is critical in structuring compelling and mutually beneficial offers for our diverse customer base. You will be instrumental in building the operational engine that fuels Dandy's accelerated growth, transforming ambitious sales objectives into sustainable, long-term scalability.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to configure and meticulously approve pricing and packaging strategies. This requires a deep and nuanced understanding of deal profiles, profit margins, and the broader financial and strategic implications of each transaction. You will ensure that every deal aligns with Dandy's profitability goals while remaining attractive and competitive in the market.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our systems teams. You will partner to operationalize, maintain, and continuously improve our pricing and packaging programs. The focus will be on optimizing for speed and efficiency in deal execution, while simultaneously establishing and enforcing robust guardrails to mitigate financial and operational risks.
  • • You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on key data related to deal profitability, the effectiveness of various pricing packages, prevailing market dynamics, and other critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This data-driven approach will inform strategic decisions and guide future pricing strategies.
  • • Working hand-in-hand with our legal and sales departments, you will ensure the accuracy and compliance of all customer contracts. This involves a thorough review process to guarantee that all agreements meet legal requirements and reflect the agreed-upon terms accurately.
  • • A proactive approach to identifying potential gaps, bottlenecks, or risks within our current sales infrastructure is essential. Your insights will be crucial in driving sales velocity, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and preventing any potential negative impacts on customer satisfaction.
  • • You will be a key driver of efficiency improvements by meticulously assessing current Deal Desk processes. Through the strategic application of systems and the refinement of approval workflows, you will optimize these processes to enhance speed, reduce friction, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
  • • This role demands a proactive, driven, and independent mindset. You will be empowered to make decisions, effectively manage diverse stakeholders across multiple departments, and champion process improvements that benefit the entire organization.
