- • As the Deal Desk Manager at Coder Technologies Inc., you serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, and Legal, with a primary focus on supporting the EMEA region. You help structure clean deals, protect pricing integrity, and support the company’s transition from traditional subscription-based pricing to outcome-based pricing.
- • Day to day, you will maintain and enforce discount governance, approval matrices, and escalation paths; partner with Legal to manage contract redlines and standardize fallback language; ensure deals are structured for accuracy, auditability, and compliance with Finance and Accounting requirements; oversee DocuSign order form creation and template logic; act as a key business partner to Sales leadership; serve as a trusted advisor on deal structuring; support the operationalization of new pricing models; and identify gaps in deal workflows to improve processes, documentation, and controls.
- • You will join a mission-driven AI software development company that empowers teams to build software faster, more securely, and at scale through the collaboration of AI coding agents and human developers. Coder’s self-hosted AI Development Environment enables enterprises to deploy agentic AI securely, with policy-driven governance, improved productivity, reduced cloud costs, and lower data risks.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in deal structuring, revenue operations, and cross-functional process optimization within a high-growth SaaS environment. You will gain exposure to advanced pricing models, enterprise deal structures, and financial systems while contributing to the scalability and integrity of Coder’s commercial operations.
