- • The Deal Desk Manager at Nooks Platform Inc. is a mid-senior individual contributor role that owns the quote-to-sign process and ensures reps can close clean, scalable deals. This role is critical to maintaining revenue integrity, accelerating sales cycles, and enabling scalable growth by bridging Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance with operational rigor and commercial judgment.
- • You will own and evolve the end-to-end deal approval lifecycle — from pricing validation and order form generation to contract negotiation, signature workflows, and post-signature handoff — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with Nooks’ economics and GTM strategy while reducing risk and friction in the revenue engine.
- • As a key partner within Revenue Operations, you’ll sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution, working closely with Sales, CS, Legal, Finance, and Product Marketing to launch new products, refine pricing structures, and mature infrastructure like CPQ, CLM, and approval matrices in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor to sales and customer success reps, guiding them on how to structure deals that balance customer needs, company profitability, and operational simplicity — empowering them to close faster while upholding guardrails and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- • Through data-driven insights, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership, you’ll drive improvements in discounting trends, cycle time, exception rates, and revenue recognition accuracy, directly informing pricing strategy and GTM effectiveness while building scalable systems from 0 to 1 and 1 to N.
- • You will maintain exceptional data quality across HubSpot, Dealhub CPQ, billing systems, and future CLM tools, leading month-end audits, ensuring sync between order forms and contracts, and enabling reliable reporting for finance and leadership.
- • By managing customer vendor setups, infosec questionnaires, and procurement requirements, you’ll reduce deal friction and accelerate onboarding — acting as the operational backbone that keeps complex enterprise deals moving forward.
- • This role offers the opportunity to shape Nooks’ commercial infrastructure at a pivotal growth stage, working with a high-performing team backed by top-tier VCs (including Kleiner Perkins) and poised to 3x ARR again this year — making your impact both immediate and enduring.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of relevant experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or commercial operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Hands-on experience managing quote, order form, and contract workflows for new business and expansion deals
- • Strong proficiency with CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets); experience with CPQ, CLM, or billing tools is a plus
- • High bar for accuracy and detail — known for clean contracts, reliable data, and clear documentation
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, triage inbound requests, and balance urgent tickets with long-term projects
- • Strong commercial intuition: understanding of SaaS economics, discounting, standard terms, and ability to spot edge cases quickly
- • Empathy for reps and a service mindset, coupled with the backbone to uphold guardrails and say no when needed
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working directly with Sales, CS, Legal, and Finance leaders
- • Comfort building and improving processes from 0 to 1 and 1 to N in a scaling company
