- • As a Deal Support Quality & Strategy Manager at Samsara Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the Deal Support organization by building, implementing, and maintaining a quality program that supports the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of deal lifecycle processes.
- • Day to day, you will audit deal-related interactions and workflows, apply quality assurance rubrics, analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets to derive insights, design coaching frameworks, support quality programs through investigative projects, collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, and Systems teams, and champion Samsara’s cultural principles including Focus on Customer Success and Win as a Team.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in quality assurance program design, data-driven process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and coaching frameworks, while contributing to scalable quality culture and gaining exposure to complex sales operations in a high-growth IoT technology leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operations, with at least 2 years directly focused on executing quality programs
- • Demonstrated experience in designing and using quality assurance rubrics or scorecards to perform audits and provide structured feedback
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis, identifying error trends, and using data to tell a story about process performance
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to deliver constructive feedback and present findings clearly to stakeholders
- • Meticulous attention to detail and passion for continuous process improvement
- • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
