  • • Proactively target, pitch, and onboard independent and franchised dealerships across assigned specialty sectors including Commercial Truck, Marine, RV, and Powersports within the United States.
  • • Partner directly with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and F&I Leaders to demonstrate how the company’s tech-forward asset protection programs increase per-vehicle-retail (PVR) profitability.
  • • Drive the successful implementation of protection programs by training dealership finance managers and sales teams on product options, coverage features, and platform utilization.
  • • Act as the primary growth engine for your assigned territory by identifying market gaps and positioning the company as the premier tech-forward alternative to legacy warranty providers.
  • • Maintain high dealer satisfaction by serving as the strategic point of contact to ensure seamless integration, high engagement, and sustained volume growth.
  • • Build and expand an active book of dealer business from scratch through consultative sales, overcoming objections, and closing new dealership partnerships.
  • • Leverage existing relationships with dealership groups, independent vehicle centers, and industry distributors to accelerate market penetration and reduce onboarding time.
  • • Conduct regular face-to-face visits to dealerships across your region to support onboarding, resolve operational issues, and close major accounts.
  • • Utilize deep understanding of dealership P&L structures, menu-selling strategies, and commercial financing/F&I workflows to tailor solutions that align with dealer financial goals.
  • • Operate with entrepreneurial freedom, managing your territory as a self-directed business with full support from a high-tech back-office team.
  • • Contribute to the strategic expansion of the company’s Commercial Truck & Heavy-Duty Division as an early hire, helping shape processes and culture during rapid growth.
  • • Replace legacy, paper-heavy warranty processes with a modern, streamlined digital solution that improves dealer efficiency and customer experience.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide dealer feedback and influence product development based on frontline insights.
  • • Track and report on key performance metrics including dealer acquisition rates, program adoption, PVR growth, and territory revenue expansion.
  • • Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry regulations while representing the brand to dealership partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of proven dealer-facing sales, account management, or business development experience within an asset warranty provider, administrator, dealer development organization, or F&I company
  • • Direct experience working with or within programs from industry leaders in commercial truck or heavy-duty asset protection
  • • Strong track record of opening new dealer accounts and building a solid, active book of business from scratch
  • • Active, existing relationship network with US-based dealership groups, independent vehicle centers, or industry distributors
  • • Deep understanding of dealership P&L, menu-selling strategies, and commercial financing/F&I workflows
  • • Comfortable with regular regional travel across the United States to support dealers face-to-face and close major accounts
