📋 Description

• • As a Decision Science Analyst Senior at USAA, you will provide decision support for business areas across the association by applying mathematical and statistical techniques to draw conclusions and make 'insight to action' recommendations that drive change and inform business strategy.
• • Day to day, you will lead discussions with cross-functional teams, apply advanced analytical techniques to solve medium to large-scale business problems, gather and synthesize data from disparate sources, develop visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences, document methodologies for compliance, and operationalize recommendations while staying current on emerging analytics trends.
