- • As the DeFi Growth Lead at Trust Wallet, you will be a pivotal force in shaping how the world’s leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet connects with and expands its user base in the rapidly evolving Web3 landscape. This role sits at the strategic intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community, requiring a rare blend of analytical rigor, creative execution, and deep ecosystem fluency to drive measurable impact across acquisition, retention, and brand equity.
- • You will develop and own integrated marketing strategies that align with product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles, translating complex on-chain insights into compelling narratives that resonate with both crypto natives and mainstream users. Your day-to-day will involve leading end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native channels (Discord, Telegram, X) and performance marketing platforms, defining positioning for new features in partnership with Product and Business Development, and setting, tracking, and reporting on critical KPIs including DAUs, installs, retention rates, campaign ROAS, community growth, and share of voice — all directly tied to company-level OKRs.
- • You will own budget allocation with a relentless focus on efficiency and ROI, drive community engagement strategies to build loyal user cohorts (not just follower counts), identify and activate credible KOL/influencer partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem, and collaborate with BD and ecosystem partners on co-marketing initiatives and joint growth campaigns.
- • Working closely with Product, you will shape go-to-market plans for new features, chain integrations, and partner launches, while partnering with internal creative teams to produce high-quality, culturally relevant assets that bridge the gap between technical depth and broad accessibility.
